- If an item has free shipping it is to the 48 Continental U.S. states only. Hawaii, Alaska, and any island territories will be an additional charge.
- Items with "free shipping" are not free to return unless there was an error on our part or a defect in the item. All other returns will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

- Flat rate freight items are estimated to a non-residential business with a loading dock or forklift. If you're a residential (home based) business or need a liftgate there will be an additional charge. Please message us for more information.

- USPS picks up at 9am daily and UPS picks up at noon Mon-Thurs and 10am on Fri.
