ALL NEW ITEMS WILL SAY "NEW" IN THE TITLE. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY SAY NEW OR REFURBISHED IN THE TITLE THEN IT IS USED BUT GUARANTEED TO BE IN WORKING CONDITION.

C & G Surplus Inc. and cgsurplus.com are not distributors of or affiliated with any of the items or manufacturers of the items we sell. We purchase all our inventory second hand for the purpose of resale only. Our items are covered under our own 30-day guarantee and any we do not make claim to offer or for our items to be covered under any manufacturer's warranty.

 

Many of our items are used but guaranteed to be in working condition under our 30-day return policy. If an item does not say “NEW” in the title or description, then assume that it is a used product. We also do not refurbish our own items, so any items listed as “REFURBISHED” or “REBUILT” or “REMANUFACTURED” were not serviced by us or for us. They were purchased in that condition and were listed as such after a visual inspection.

 

Given we do not manufacture or distribute these products for a manufacturer, the information we have on them is sometimes limited so please do you best to research these items yourself to be sure they will work for your application. Although we try to be as knowledgeable as possible on our items and they suitable applications, our inventory is ever evolving and sometimes we have items that we just don’t know a lot about due to a variety of factors like age and available information online.

 

All sale as considered final unless a cancellation or return is requested. All payments and refund are process by our 3rd party payment provider (currently PayPal) and we have no control over speed of processing, request, or of payments being declined. Please message or call us if you’re having issues with any payment related situations and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

 

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
